Scope
OCTOVEX Shop sells physical technology products and may later offer digital products, software licences and services. Only a published listing and a final confirmed quote constitute an offer for a specific order. No internal financial figure, prospect or unconfirmed client is published through the Shop.
Account and order formation
Browsing is public, but a verified Google customer account is required to request a final quote or buy. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery information. An order becomes payable only after OCTOVEX confirms product availability, condition, delivery cost and estimated timing. The sales contract is formed when payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
Prices and payments
Catalog prices are stated in USD in every language. Stripe card payments can be charged in USD. PIX and Mercado Pago payments in Brazil are charged in BRL after the customer sees the exchange rate and final BRL amount. Installment interest is borne by the customer unless OCTOVEX explicitly offers an interest-free promotion. A refund is issued through the original provider and in the original payment currency, subject to mandatory law.
Product information
Condition, availability, battery information, known defects, photos and videos form part of the listing. Used or refurbished devices can show normal wear described before purchase. Product images must represent the listed item or model and cannot replace the written condition report.
Applicable rules
Brazilian law applies to OCTOVEX without excluding mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights. Before commercial payment activation, OCTOVEX will complete any corporate, tax, state-registration and invoicing updates required for ecommerce activities.
