Data collected

We collect the basic Google profile used for authentication, contact details, delivery addresses, language, cart and order data, payment status and provider identifiers, conversations, warranty or return evidence, and technical security logs. We do not receive or store Google passwords or full card numbers.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to create the customer account, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, coordinate delivery, process payments and refunds, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with accounting and legal duties, and defend rights. Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent where required, and the exercise of legal rights.

Providers and international transfers

Data may be shared only as necessary with Google for sign-in, hosting and database providers, Vercel Blob for product or claim media, Stripe and Mercado Pago for payments, accounting advisers, and the carrier or delivery partner assigned to the order. Because orders can involve the United States, Haiti and Brazil, data may be transferred internationally with appropriate contractual and security measures.

Retention and rights

Order, invoice and payment records are retained for the legal and tax periods that apply. Account and support data is deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary, subject to fraud prevention and legal claims. Customers may request confirmation, access, correction, portability where applicable, deletion, information about sharing, or review of consent by writing to contact@octovex.com.br.

Security and cookies

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted secrets and payment-provider tokenization. Essential cookies maintain sessions, language and cart state. Optional analytics or marketing cookies will require consent before activation.
