Delivery policy

Quote before payment

The product price is displayed in USD. Delivery charges, route and estimated timing are confirmed after the customer supplies the destination city and address. No order is payable until OCTOVEX has issued a final quote.

• In-stock and on-request products are identified separately.
• A quote can expire if stock, transport availability or the exchange rate changes.
• For PIX or Mercado Pago, the final BRL amount and applied exchange rate are shown before payment.

Coordinated delivery

Delivery may use a carrier, a logistics partner or a locally coordinated handover. When automatic tracking is unavailable, OCTOVEX provides manual status updates and records proof of handover.

• Customers must provide accurate contact and address information.
• Estimated dates are not guarantees when delays arise from customs, carriers, weather, travel availability or public authorities.
• Personal information about individual delivery helpers is not disclosed.

Customs, taxes and Brazil

The final quote states which shipping charges are included. Import duties, customs charges or local taxes not included in the quote remain the customer’s responsibility, but OCTOVEX will disclose that possibility before payment. OCTOVEX does not conceal goods, falsify values or bypass border requirements.

Delivery confirmation

The order is considered delivered when the customer or an authorized recipient accepts it. OCTOVEX may request a signature, delivery code, photo or written confirmation. Visible transport damage should be reported immediately with photos or video.
