90-day OCTOVEX functional warranty

Physical devices sold by OCTOVEX receive a 90-day limited functional warranty from the documented delivery date. It applies to new, refurbished and used devices, subject to the condition and defects disclosed before purchase.

• Remote diagnosis is performed first.
• A valid covered claim can lead to repair, replacement, store credit or refund, according to product availability and applicable law.
• Manufacturer coverage can apply in addition to the OCTOVEX warranty.

Apple and manufacturer warranty

A new device may retain the manufacturer’s warranty. For Apple devices purchased in the United States, local service in Haiti or Brazil is not guaranteed because Apple may restrict service to the original country of sale. OCTOVEX does not advertise an international Apple warranty unless it has been specifically verified for the product.

Exclusions

The commercial warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, theft or loss, unauthorized repair, account or activation locks caused by the customer, normal cosmetic wear, normal battery degradation, or defects clearly disclosed before purchase. Mandatory legal protections remain unaffected.

Returns within 14 days

OCTOVEX accepts return requests within 14 calendar days after delivery. The customer must first open a recorded return request through the account or customer service. The return address is provided case by case.

• For a change of mind, the customer normally pays return transport and must preserve the product, accessories and identifiers.
• For a confirmed covered defect, wrong product or nonconformity, OCTOVEX pays reasonable return transport.
• In Brazil, the statutory seven-day distance-purchase withdrawal right and other mandatory rights apply independently; OCTOVEX does not charge the legally required return transport.
